Move the Crowd gala

Juxtaposition Arts is a teen-staffed art and design center, gallery, retail shop. and artists studio space in North Minneapolis.

On Friday, May 5th, 2017 JXTA opened its doors campus-wide and welcomed guests to its first-ever gala fundraiser event: Move the Crowd! Proceeds from the event helped furnish and equip their renovated textile lab and retail shop that reopened ni January 2018.

People wanted to give and they gave generously -ni addition ot traditional donations, they bought art! Attendees enjoyed live performances by the one and only ZuluZuluu and Chicago-based DJ Ayana Contreras, helped welcome back distinguished alums.
