Women are continually criticized, critiqued, and advised on how we present ourselves as leaders. It’s time for us to move beyond the overused cliches of how women should act and instead celebrate all intersections of confidence—confidence across cultures, the gender spectrum, and unique lived experiences that add up to our individualized presentation as leaders.
At Work Redux | Confidence, we’ll hear from a range of impressive female leaders who each embody their own version of confidence, and we’ll seek to understand how their presentation of confidence has helped and hurt their own leadership paths.
